Online rehab support during COVID-19

Hi everyone this a services update from us here at Chiropractors of Blackpool

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak and subsequent advice from the government on minimising physical and social interactions we have made the decision to shut Chiropractors of Blackpool for the foreseeable future. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and would like to continue to offer a service to help those with musculoskeletal pain during this time.

We are now offering patients online consultations and rehabilitation sessions via video call with our Sports Rehabilitator, Jack Simmonds . These online sessions will include:

Online Consultation session:

– Subjective Assessment/ History of Condition or Injury

– Movement Analysis/ Postural Assessment

– Condition/ Pain Diagnosis and Education

– Advice on Physical Activity/Fitness

Online Rehabilitation session:

– Advice on Self Soft Tissue Massage Techniques

– Exercise Analysis/ Coaching

– Exercise Demonstration

– Patient Personalised Rehab Exercises Programs

The cost of these sessions will be £15 for an hour.

We understand that managing aches and pains and staying on top of health and fitness will be difficult during this time but, these online sessions will aim to give you a better understanding of your injury/condition and provide you with exercise and massage related ideas to assist your recovery and further your progression.
